Todd Richards
Todd Richards is a Senior Mortgage Adviser at Novus Home Mortgage, joining in February 2024 after 11 years with Waterstone Mortgage. With a background in industrial management and commercial real estate, he specializes in conventional, FHA, VA, construction, and Medical Professional loans, as well as Florida bond programs. He was named Waterstone’s 2017 Loan Officer of the Year.
An Orlando resident since 2003, Todd holds a Business Administration degree from the University of Florida. Originally from Florida’s Space Coast, he enjoys family time, coastal living, sports, travel, and community involvement.
